Will Peyton is the president and lead designer of Peyton Design Agency.   After opening his floral and home décor shop over ten years ago, Will’s customers continually requested his assistance in decorating their homes.  Based on that demand, his business evolved into Peyton Design Agency.

Will is a certified Accredited Staging Professional.  ASP is the only home staging industry certification recognized by the National Association of Realtors.  Will also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Kentucky University.

An active member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, Will is currently serving on the board of the Nashville Chapter as President-Elect.  Will has staged homes in Tennessee, Kentucky, and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

Will says he has always been told he “has the gift of putting home décor items together that weren’t meant to go together and making them work.”  This quality is a vital element to keep home staging cost effective for clients by utilizing the items they already own.
